$.01737 I am not sure, but I do believe Judge Albright goes straight from Markman Hearing to discovery. I'm not positive on the nuance/timelines and such.

We are waiting on the RBR Markman decision/Hearing.

What the defendants might be doing is anyone's guess, but I would think they are scrambling.

Not sure what, but my guess is VPLM and our legal team have somethings up their collective sleeve. As always, PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE!

As I said in an earlier post, a small buy order on the offer was filled in the middle. Just an FYI...
