I have been following this P&D scam for nine years.
My guess is it will continue down below $1. It has fallen from over $30. Why would it stop now? The company has nothing that it can truly say is promising. Inovio is a penny stock (9 cents today when the most recent two reverse splits are accounted for) scam looking a reason for its existence.

I would expect then the company to do a 1 for 4 reverse split, as has been its history.
A R/S would regain lost compliancy, in this scenario.
Then all those cushy, academic type jobs and stock bonuses could continue.

It's hard to admit mistakes to ourselves. But that awful feeling subsides. You made a mistake getting in this garbage stock. Save what's left
