Where is the PR stating VXIT will be a NASDAQ controlled company after the Reg A? Can't seem to find it. I'm beyond excited to see what this all means for VXIT. Sure am hoping that it's Fine who'll the controlling shares. Could a rev merger take place before shareholders are informed? I'd imagine they'd put the PRs out to increase the share price before too long? TIA for anyone's input.
