There have not been any Writ of Mandamus applications filed. Could be one coming, but they are normally filed very quickly after a disputed ruling. THERE ARE NONE and thinking there will be doesn't change the fact THAT THERE ARE NONE! Currently, the Mandamus claims get my HIGHEST BULLSHIT RATING: BULLSHIT CUBED!
The dilution claim: another BULLSHIT CUBED! VPLM was @ 2.1Billion shares outstanding++++++. VPLM is currently @ 1.89Billion.... Been going up a bit, but to be expected>>>>>FIGHTING THE bigs TAKES $$$$DOLLARS$$$$.
The "guilty" claim: I'm going to just give this a BULLSHIT SQUARED! "guilty" rulings come out of criminal court, not civil court which is where the ruling came from. There was no guilty finding, but because of the broader "guilty" meaning, I'm going with BULLSHIT SQUARED.
If this is all that can be brought up against VPLM, as I believe, VPLM IS IN GREAT SHAPE! A little selling today, no big deal, as shown below:
