Below is why I invested
I initially invested because of the Microsoft video and the FCC approved 5g Module, which recently was approved by T-Mobile for their network.
Microsoft video TIME 19:32.

SRMX received two (PoC) POs last year from Halo car via T-Mobile and Microsoft for their Tritom S100 referenced in the video above.
They hired a VP of sales in Q1 2022 who was formerly employed by T-Mobile.
But here is why there are so many warning signs
They have had many missteps in the past. Including several PRs that have not come to light, errors on financial reports, can't stay Pink current, all products as of now have been PoC and have not hit the market and some that were supposed to be the next big thing are no longer even spoken of, almost 0 communication from company for years, a lot of dilution for minute revenue, outstanding lawsuits, cash strapped, bloated OS and much more.
The warning signs are there for a reason, until SRMX starts to post revenue and their products are for sell on the open market the warning signs are warranted.
I am heavily invested here and long because I believe we will see revenue this year and products for sell.
Have a great day!
