The CEO also lies repeatedly in his financial disclosure reports.

HPNN is basically insolvent and Petey even is diluting and has also raised the preferred shares and raised their authorization from 9 million to 120 million.
Looks like he is intent in making common shareholders own less and less of percent-ownership in HPNN.
