Sadly, even at 75 basis points we are behind the curve, and it will draw out any recovery and fail to stop inflation. Also, the street is projecting earnings to go up 10%, which in my opinion, is way overblown. More likely at best we get to 2% if not negative. This will not be good for the market as companies will be coming out changing their earnings projection starting this quarter. Stagflation is likely on its way, and this will bring down all ships. This could get very ugly before it gets better even with the Naz down 30% it could see 50-60% down.
