well seeing as how they only get the 60 million from the investment banker/firm
if they get uplisted (remember it was contingent upon a nasdaq uplisting)

you could probably crunch the numbers and find the value in buying back their own stock at these ranges...

again with 4 million cash in the bank.. would it be better to acquire another business?
or buy 10 million shares in the open market and not develop the business anymore for the rest of the year?
