Yes, that is Tan Chin Ngiap, his title at Ban Choon is Project Director. His job is to direct projects. If he had you would think he would be quite proud of that and made sure it was included.

It turns out there is a reason he does not have it included - because he did not found Ban Choon.

The guy who did found it is named Tan Chin Hian. Here's some stuff about him: https://www.banchoon.com.sg/about-us . Notice it clearly spells out that he started Ban Choon and that his title is Managing Director, he runs the whole show. There is no mention of any of the IT/computer stuff that fills Ngiap's work experience. Also notice that the picture is of an entirely different person.

Project Director Ngiap works/worked somewhere underneath the big boss Managing Director Hian who started the company. But tweets out there are doing their best to convince you they are the same person because it sounds much better for the merger. Unfortunately it is entirely false.
