I'm at my favorite restaurant in Baños del Inca drinking the strongest Pisco Sours in all of Peru, I am on my third & having the most perfectly done termina Media (Medium done) Lomo (back loin) steak in all of South America. In South America, if you ask for well done, it comes rare with lots of blood but not at Villa Rico's, pink top to bottom sin sangre (without blood)
