Net Tangible Book is the verdict.

The stock trades right at net tangible book. Exactly on the target. I would say our pirates chose wisely. Our new captors got a bargain.

I wonder what demands will be forthcoming. They should release a PR and state their objectives. This is how I used play some online games back in the day. I loved playing the villain. My message would be somehing along the lines of:

You are now occupied and your women and children belong to us. All men, proceed to the evacuation chamber for immediate reassignment. The terms of your surrender are not up for discussion or negotiation. Stay tuned for further instructions.

LOL

I wonder how they confiscated 1.4 million shares right under the nose of everyone. The entire secondary offering was 1 million shares. Yet, they own 400,000 more shares than the entire secondary! All confiscated within 5 business days if I recall correctly. All shares voluntarily surrendered to our captors. Was Stingray recklessly trading stock? Are they still 24% owners .How big is our float, which I'd define as paper hands. That would have so much manipulation potential if our pirates play their cards right. A low float could be hyped up if they want more than just our cash. Our earnings now belong to them.

If I were in their shoes, I'd hold us for ransom and send a demand letter to Stingray. Hostages will be released at $15.00 per shares. A message under the table, of course, out of view of official filings. There will be the official record and then the off-the-record record. LOL

Oh, God, this is sooo dang funny! Let's this show begin! I love movies like this with completely unexpected turns of events.

Why am I the only laughing at this? Where did everybody go? This is soo hilarious.
