Wow great info as it pertains to Bioamber's corps! So let's look at these items:
1. No declaration of bk
2. No mention of PwC as Trustee; in fact all filings go back to DSL and Mr. Desbiens Bioamber's chief counsel.
3. Maria is not listed as the filer for the last annual return! Also, who's paying DSL for these filings??? And why isn't PwC making these filings with the millions in "restructuring fees" they charged?? And by the looks of it DSL has the corp key to these federal corps with the ability to appoint should they choose.
