HPNN doesn't list it as a subsidiary where subsidiaries are listed. It is actually a big liability, because HPNN has been funneling cash to his other non-subsidiary private LLC digitalage. Feel free to check Nevada. The one and only shareholder is Petey. HPNN has NO ownership.

And feel free to verify all those patents Petey lists in his financial disclosure.....Any ACTUALLY STILL IN FORCE? IF HE WILL LIE ABOUT THAT AND ABOUT HPNN LIABILITIES (SEE MY POST ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL $9 MILLION HPNN OWES ONE PERSON), THEN HE WILL LIE ABOUT BASICALLY ANYTHING ELSE.
Maybe he could do a formal SEC filing as proof? He isn't required to, but it is not prohibited.
