$.019395 Nah, I bet aapl/t just asked Emil very nicely and Emil just called off the dogs. Make sense; Emil fights with aapl(IPRs) and otherwise FOR YEARS; battles t in the same way and Emil got scared of owing the two's attorney fees so he threw in. RIGHT!

There is something big in the NDAs and it is of benefit to VPLM, as this is the only thing that makes sense. aapl got their IPRs stuffed and t didn't get to first base with their IPRs. Both companies know the strength of the VPLM patents!

Funny how well VPLM is holding in a crap market!
