It is not a scam if they tell you to your face that they are doing it. Read the damn financials. If the 40 or so pages of convertible notes doesn't doesn't give you a clue, nothing will. I am by no mean excusing their horrible business model which is an object lesson in self-enrichment schemes but they are not misleading anyone that reads the Forward Looking disclaimer that says you should read their financial to, on your own, assess the likelihood of the statements they make in press releases ever bearing fruit.
