What does "fully open" mean ? Does it mean that there are miners on the "minesite"? Does it mean there is actual gold being produced through and with equipment that does not exist on the "minesite" ?

Does "fully open" mean that investors wallets should be fully open to dump more cash into this stock?

Please define "fully open" in this press release.

My opinion is that Federal regulators should be applying handcuffs to those behind this never ending pump and dump
