Aha, now I get it! "Dance" = Toxic Note dumping. Yup, it has started.

How is the toxic lender going to dump 22 million shares and keep the share price above trips without a PR?? PT apparently promised folks a PR for early today....and failed to come through. Too busy piloting a barge up the highway?
