They announced a proposed RS and 3B shares of dilution and you blame "some folks" for trying to bring this down?? Go talk to the BOD members,they threw this in the trash can a week ago with that 8K.

Guess the BOD found out that people ACTUALLY know how devastating a RS can be and will sell out and not just hang around to see if it happens and have thousands of shares stolen from them.

That's exactly what a reverse split is---legalized THEFT from shareholders.
