Market will not crash as long as:

1. Home price remains high. Borrowers will not abandoned the mortgage payments as it happened in 2008.

2. A lot of jobs . There are shortage of laborers. Unlike 2008 , Borrowers lost income because big companies moved to China.

3. As long as Borrowers keep paying mortgage, all banks will have plenty money to support secondary markets such as car loan and everything else.
