I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the two companies that had their cases dismissed are the same two companies who came after us with IPR‘s. We can speculate why that might be the case but we really won’t find out until after this is over. One of my theories is these two companies have agreed to pay VPLM back damages if someone else purchases the company. This may be why Emil is happy with the agreement. Just my opinion.
