There appears to be a lot going on that we are obviously not privy to behind the scenes.

I always say Expect the Unexpected and I mean it in a Good Way!

On the surface Several DTC Rules created and Approved by the SEC last year involve putting a stop to Abusive Short Selling.

PDIV / GNCP and Many Partners appear to be Planning Something BIG and these 30 days of Restructuring seems to be what is needed before, during or after the Massive Covering imho!!!!!!
