You bring up some good points grunt so much that I felt compelled to ask Jim Sims, Chief Communications Officer of NioCorp, of his opinion related to the subject in your comment in paragraph II). Here is his response:

There is no question that some of our shareholders are directly responsible for discouraging buying because of what they publish. I know this directly because hardly a day goes by when I don’t get several calls from prospective investors who love the Elk Creek Project story and its potential, but who also express hesitation or concern about buying because of what they read on the message boards. We work hard to market to new investors all over the world, which helps to create buying pressure and broadens our ownership base. Why anyone would invest in a publicly traded company and then publish things that discourage others to invest in that company is beyond me … unless they are actively trying to talk the stock down.
