The great JV hoax.
I wish someone would explain the great advantage of a JV agreement. Without a partnership where the new entity buys into the venture infusing the project with some cash, the JV does nothing at all to halt a failing project. Somehow I can't picture Wormex kicking in enough cash to make a difference. Of course I've not been privy to negotiations and it's just my admittedly narrow take but I still maintain it's a hoax. The $100 an ounce royalty payment is a joke.
