Hey lets have a protest by having SHEEP cover 2/3rds of the roadway during 6AM till 10AM in downtown Wash DC - and from 10AM occupy 100% of the road!!!

If you plan to herd sheep over a bridge between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., you must have at least six drovers in charge. In addition, a third of the bridge roadway must be kept free of sheep at all times.
