Just slight correction. That number was for all of Africa, 24.4% of the African population have access to the Internet, as of 2018. Internet user penetration in Nigeria saw a slight increase between the years 2017 and 2021, going from around 43 percent to over 51 percent. As of July 2021, there were more than 108 million internet users in Nigeria. Moreover, the share of Nigerian population that uses internet via any device at least once a month, is expected to grow up to 60 percent approximately in 2026.

So 49% of Nigerians do not have Internet Access.
