Someone recommended this early today. I followed suit. Others have already done the same. I am not sure if it restricts the ability of shorts. But, I do know it sends a clear message to MMs.
Let's get a billion or more shares all GTC sell orders at 0.10 . Then, MMs and shorts will get the hint.
