It was done when Linton took over from Rifici as CEO. Bruce had no industry knowledge and he’s on record as saying he never tried marijuana in his life. All he did was bang the drum, pa rump a pump pump….he was really good at banging the drum, I do give him that….but no industry knowledge, nor any knowledge how to build a business….as a matter of fact if legalization had not occurred canopy would have long been bankrupt….
