With out volume what you saying make no sense if offering is 002 for sure
The share are worth less than half !!!
Of that because u your going from 2.6 b shares to 5.1 billion shares
If that is your truth there should be a big big sell off and there is not
Plus why would someone waste5 million bucks to have there worth be half
