My New Cost Average.

Actually, I have much cheaper shares now. I'm not thinking right and have time to actually ponder what happened today. $3.95 * 3167 shares is around $12,500. Selling 2,000 shares at $6.04 is about $12,000. That's $500 cost remaining for my remaining $1,167 shares, but I paid $600 capital gains tax, so I'll adjust my net cost to $1,100.

That's my true cost as I see it. My Non-GAAP cost. That's almost $1 for every share remaining, so I'm going to put my avg. cost to $1.00 per share to keep it real.

That would be .03 pre-split. If memory serves correct, I was .19 avg. cost at that time with around 35,000 shares going into a reverse split at 1,167 shares at an avg. cost of $6.00ish. All corroborated on the time-stamped record. Then crashing down to $2.50 and getting a lecture from a Gypsy and his Astrological horoscopes and reverse-split curse nonsense.

I like how truth played out here. So, back to original hand of 1,167 shares, but this time at new cost avg. of $1.00. Now, where is that Gypsy at?

That's definitely below the hard deck. Nobody can have any new anti-dillutive warrants below me. Nobody can be below my avg. as far as exercising any options or any anti-dillutive crap. Mr. Market's landmines have been cleared here. So, let the cards fall where they fall. I'm walking through this "danger zone" without pause or hesitation. I dare anybody to take a pot shot.

Thanks, HWeb. Your little suggestion had a "butterfly effect" on my outcome today. I do listen!
