Hmmm. It will be interesting if the Cert gets to Oral Arguments in front of the USSCT. To deny Plaintiffs a right to exercise their Constitutional 5th Amendment rights through the federal judiciary and at least expose the federal governments egregious, abusive and coercive actions around the NWS to the full light of day would be a real blow to Democratic government and neuter the Rights of all Americans embedded in the US Constitution.

Ackman was right, all American Businesses should be afraid.
