A very insignificant person with some extra cash can make this high revenue high profit company pop to .03 or .04 in a day. 25% dilution does not justify 90% reduction is PPS just because they are not audited yet, it's simply the market makers that bring almost ALL prices down as much as AXXA. THAT is how it works.
