When NSAV announced that a new CEO would be appointed it was indicated that the candidate would be from SBC so what the connection of that to the completion of the BW deal I couldn't imagine.
However a dream scenario would be the announcement of a new CEO from SBC who closes the BW deal & states that the buy back of shares can now commence (hence the reason for manipulation & keeping the share price low). Hey, one can dream eh?
