I believe the next step to this is to have signed affidavits filled out by each and every shareholder that identifies the shareholder and some sort of letter or attachment from the broker confirming an accurate share count from each stockholder. I believe every one here and greatly respect all your inputs but in order to proceed forward I would think it would need to have some sort of legal backing.

Before getting into the logistics of that we should discuss who will be the party(s) who will represent the shareholders. Contained in that affidavit will need to be some sort of limited power of attorney don't you think? When you invite people to a party only half actually show up.
