PP, there’s no way they can cover from investors selling! There’s only hope is that the company increase AS amount and Clive will keep on converting and selling. I don’t think this will happen as the insiders bought recently at .10 preferred shares and now have the voting power. So Clive no longer in voting control but he must have allowed to happen when he had control.
