The deposit is refundable if the deal doesn’t go thru! For heavens sake read the 8K in its entirety. Ostendo has no intention of completing this deal. If SYSX can come up with some money to buy their stock, then great, they’ll let them buy stock, but there’s not going to be any partnership, read the damn Q. SYSX IS FLAT ASSED BROKE!
