His funds have a 3 day hold at Ameritrade so he should be able to buy on Tuesday.. I told him the price should be in the .03's. He's hot to trot on this play... He says he might buy more shares later in the week....

I told him to take the next couple of days and spend some time learning about fccn/aero.. It's important you make a sound decision..
