some of you ask me, in PM about how I believe UBQU could be naked shorted by market makers

you have to go into the video, its an interview with virtu CEO cifu bifu slurpu

he slips up and says "if there aren't shares available it's OUR (the market makers) job to PROVIDE those shares.

he's defending PFOF (cuz losing it would ruin MMs way to make money off of us)

but the point is the host mentions oh that's how nakeds get formed on a stock like movie and game stock.

but folks, that Global links penny stock was mentioned again months ago...how a guy back in early 2000s bought the entire float. held it, and it traded 100M shares in the next two days.

in the past, we've called out the biggest on the bid and ask of UBQU. we've seen CDEL, CTSI GTSM and occasionally VIRT

if, and this isn't a big if, retaliers like us are the ONLY buyers and we're not selling much....that some of these market makers could have SHORTED the shares to fill the contract.....and may have not covered, yet.

regardless, the ceo of virtu shmirtu admitted that they sometimes find shares they don't have in the name of "meaningful liquidity" which definitely is the reason that there is the unethical practice of buying and selling shares that just don't exist.
