So their Boston Solar revenue isn’t relevant? It’ll be their largest acquisition to date. Maybe Direct Solar isn’t producing yet due to all of the drama with Pablo. SING certainly made a mistake getting involved with that IMO and is moving on. Maybe they can rebrand DS and start over with the leads from Power Solutions and new EVP’s hired. You’re right about up-listing. They can’t talk about this with any seriousness until they show several Q’s of revenue 1st. 2Q 2022 should be their first big one. Any future acquisitions (this year) at this point will show up Q4 into 2023. Wil probably jumped the gun on commenting on that. He needs to clarify how they do this.
