PBTS: Ain't no "seems" about it, Dude!! This (MM's) phenomenon began circa 5-wks. ago!! And you are correct, in that there is NEVER any traditional "catalysts" behind it. Bottom line, the MM's (almost randomly) pick-these-out, & then contact their Homeboys & Homegirls to grab a piece of the action. But one has to WAIT well into the Markets' MORNING Open, & then JUMP-ON-IT too!! Often times, these (now daily) RUNNERS will suddenly start rocketing as much as 3-plus HOURS into the Open!!
