I don't think this is true. Both VGLS & FONU show the law office of Archer & Greiner as legal counsel in the filings .. that is a very prominent & large law firm & I sincerely doubt that they would represent a thug & subject their firm to securities fraud, etc. ..

filings show acquisition/r/m anticipated
