thats funny.. he would know. Most events no they would not have to let us know. If I read correctly it states they would only cntrl 15% of the company. for us to notified it would be larger a more cntrling partnership as it were. Small DD showed that this email firm has put out legit email prs in the past (not that this one is true) so there would be a shot here. also it was put out jan 29, it's only feb 8. only 2 business weeks would be close enough time to finalize and pr to the public (if true)
