ILUS owns ERT and ERT now has WSFT. You have to understand ILUS is a conglomerate similar to Berkshire Hathaway. But ILUS is still in the growing stage. It is just building itself. So anytime WSFT makes a profit it makes a profit for ERT and when ERT makes a profit then ILUS makes a profit. ERT is only one of their companies. All of the companies ILUS owns helps their bottom line. Also remember unlike other conglomerates that may only own a minimal percentage of a company ILUS only does the deals if they own 51% or more. They will always have controlling interest in whatever they are involved in But ILUS totally (100%) owns ERT
Another example is
There is a 2-story house (ILUS) that I own a good % of. On my first floor (ERT) and in one room (WSFT) of that first floor.
