“most likely” … current shareholders will not get wiped out by horrendous RS and AS raise? is this really the best argument now? “most likely”?

that 14A turned everything upside down here. there is no reason to raise AS so much on top of horrible 1:500 to 1:1000 RS unless they want to destroy current shareholders. Typical OTC scamming CEO move.

i am sorry but i have to react to the information as it comes in. and things looked promising UNTIL that horrible 14A.
