The expected bilateral meeting with the host of the forum will take place despite the critical position that Chile has adopted regarding the exclusion of Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua from this multilateral space. The meeting will also be marked by issues such as the migration crisis, arms control and the climate crisis.

I am going out on a limb here to take a wild guess and say the words "arms control and the climate crisis" are polite buzz words for "Gabby getting hi-tech American-made military arms flowing to Chile again and then JoseBiden pulling the focking log-jammed cork out of Chile's commie ass to get the copper/lithium flowing in greater volume straight (not via China) to America again to help JoseBiden deal with the Climate Crisis (wink wink) in America by getting more blue collar voting Americans employed in the many new electric vehicle/battery factories struggling to come on-line but currently being strangled for adequate quantities of raw mineral supplies by a crafty China".
