We commies are happy to report that we have been bitching and whining about creating a magical National Lithium Company for the last 19 months but we still haven't put anything firm to paper just yet even 3 months after taking office. We still want to fock all the private landowning junior lithium miners by busting their balls holding them to less than 49% ownership in their own lithium companies and making them provide 100% of the CAPEX to build their mines since our governmental agencies are up to their asses in shit debt (eg Codelco US$18,000,000,000 in the Red) and can't possibly help fund any new lithium mining operations which will be in competition with our golden gooses SQM & Albemarle who lay the premium golden eggs for all our wonderful "beautiful people" (wink wink). We also to want to load up the management of these newly-formed NLC/privateer lithium miners with as many of our leftist party-members' lesbian/dyke no-real-experience daugthers just graduating from our fake mining university in Chile (bypassing all filthy over-qualified hotshot Americano/gringo mining engineers) into Argentina-style "make work" top-paying executive positions as possible similar to our new recruitment program at sinking ships Codelco & ENAMI & CORFO.
