You have to understand how OTC generally works. Most(not all) traders here are gamblers, not investors. They are looking for volatility. The OTC is known for that because most tickers are basically scams. They are easily run up and down by social media hype and badgering.
Once a company becomes legit; files on time, shows positive revenue, doesn't dilute, PPS gets too high...the ability to effect its PPS through BS drops and interest for gamblers drops.
It is still in OTC so no serious investment firms will touch it. Until it uplist, it has limited audience.

grillit is a good example too. opening stores, showing revenue, no dilution...volume has dropped. Can only wait now for PPS to rise on real market value over time, like a stock on the big boards...
