The price will not stay in trips, if it sees trips again, unless they add 10-20% more unrestricted shares. Even then, the price may not go lower. As boring as this company may be, and with no communication with shareholders, they still look good on paper. If they ever do an audit to be fully reporting people will hop on this and the valuation will be more along the lines of a 20 million revenue net profitable company. The reason for the big decline is not lack of communication or dilution, it's the market in general. So it will reverse eventually, don't get caught off guard thinking you know why the price is down and whether it will go lower. The market cap is now just about 1.5 million so t's risky to be out of the stock due to emotions at this price, in the OTC anything can happen at any time and market makers are out there to try to get you to buy or sell a stock as they want.
