Willy_Kracht: Chile_and Argentina_agree on scientific-technical exchange

Dear Willy, just one question before we close this "happy-happy feely touchy" Chilean/Argentina mini summit on lithium... is the Ministry of Mining going to support letting Argentina haul their lithium due west on shorter routes across Chilean roads/railroads (paid for by Chilean taxpayers) for free to Chilean deep water seaports on the Pacific Ocean coast at no charge in order for the Argentinians to save approximately $7,000/mt in land/sea longer route shipping costs through Argentina south to their distant seaports on their oceanside coasts while Chile continues to bot-fock all the 'homey" junior lithium miners inside Chile? Or is Chile going to charge Argentina a $10,000/mt VAT road toll tax on the lithium Argentina is selling for $53,000/mt under the State supported benchmark export pricing law enacted in Argentina last week? As you know, if Chile does charge Argentina a $10,000/mt road tax then a portion of this money "from Heaven" can easily be deployed in support grants to keep us "government-forced-to-be-unemployed" junior lithium miners (along with probably a few professional blackmailing/scamming indian tribes being deprived of their natural thieving work/larceny inside Chile) from going bankrupt within Chile's borders.
