greenspirit: IMVHNO, the fact that CKYS has had business transactions with the US Government could possibly seperate CKYS from other Pinkies and could possibly cause CKYS to be more closely scrutinized than other Pinkies. It's also possible that the SEC has a section/division that focuses on Pinkies, especially since so much has happened with the Pinkies in the past. It's possible that that SEC section/division, if it does indeed exist, monitors PRs, etc looking for certain claims/criteria. I swear I really don't know and it appears that it is difficult, if not impossible, to find out! IMVHNO = In My Very Humble Newbie Opinion.
