Quite simple, Mazurek was denied by FINRA for name/symbol changes for various past history issues (reporting history/hijacked pubco) thus would be unable to change stock structure ie reverse split THUS called it a day.

Went back private and handed the pos pubco to a non profit group thus not liable for it any longer. MSMY Financials delinquent and skull n crossbones inevitable? (delisted)
